Facilities Manager
The Galena Territory Association is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of all facilities and common properties. Supervises Natural Resources, Lake Galena and Marina and Maintenance Service Departments.
Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections and preparation of work orders. Schedules maintenance projects. Inspects, monitors, maintains or ensures maintenance of all facilities systems. Implements equipment service contracts and establishes preventative maintenance programs. Primary manager of all swimming pool facilities.
Manages construction projects on common properties. Develops requests for proposals and ensures work is done to specifications in a timely manner. Aids in the development of annual budgets and operating plans. Establishes schedule for equipment replacement. Creates specifications and purchases equipment. Attends board meetings.
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Workdays are Monday through Friday with some half-days on Saturdays for meetings. Full benefit package including health insurance and 401(k). Resumes and applications accepted through October 6, 2023.
Salary range $62,400 - $100,000.
