Satellite Associations
All property owners within The Galena Territory are automatically members of The Galena Territory Association (GTA). This includes all 3,272 lots and living units. But, if you own a townhome, condominium or golf villa in any of the many multifamily units, you are also governed by a "satellite" association, which comes with its own Board of Directors, governing documents, budgets and rules. The eight satellite associations within The Territory represent 483 units, approximately 15% of the membership of the GTA.
The GTA provides property management and maintenance services to all eight satellite associations through its wholly owned subsidiary, the Galena Trading Corporation (GTC). Managing and maintaining these associations is in the best interest of the GTA to ensure compliance with Territory standards, including the Architectural Review Guidelines.
Each satellite association is an independent entity and corporation with a Board of Directors elected by its members. Each Board makes its own decisions and operates with complete autonomy. Each association has chosen to contract with GTC for management and maintenance services. As their agent, GTC is responsible for implementing the Board’s decisions.
Eagle Ridge Townhouse Association
The Eagle Ridge Townhouse Association (ERTA) comprises the Eagle Ridge Townhouse, Farmstead and Settlement subdivisions. ERTA has a monthly assessment for maintenance on common properties and exterior building maintenance.

- Townhouses: 68 units (including Cedar Bluff Lane & Plum Cove Drive units)
- Farmsteads: 30 units
- Settlements: 44 units
Hickory Run Townhouse Association
The Hickory Run Townhouse Association (HRTA) comprises the Northridge, Hickory Run and Poplar Ridge subdivisions. HRTA has a monthly assessment for maintenance on common properties and exterior building maintenance.

- Poplar Ridge: 28 units
Long Bay Point Lakehomes Condominium Association
The Long Bay Point Lakehomes Condominium Association comprises three buildings and a swimming pool. Long Bay Point has a monthly assessment that covers pool, building insurance and cable television.

Rock Cove Townhouse Association
The Rock Cove Townhouse Association (RCTA) consists of 16 units. RCTA has a monthly assessment for maintenance on common properties and exterior building maintenance.
Spring Creek Townhouse Association
The Spring Creek Townhouse Association (SCTA) comprises the Oak Glen, Spring Creek, Creekwood and Valleywood subdivisions. SCTA has a monthly assessment for maintenance on common properties and exterior building maintenance.

Walnut Hill Golf Villa Association
The Walnut Hill Golf Villa Association (WHGV) consists of 40 units. WHGV has monthly assessments for maintenance on common properties and exterior building maintenance.
Members of WHGV are also part of the Walnut Hill Umbrella Association (WHUA). WHUA is an association restricted to members of WHGV, WHTA and single-family property owners in the Eagle Ridge 27 subdivision to operate a swimming pool. WHUA has a monthly pool assessment.

Walnut Hill Townhouse Association
The Walnut Hill Townhouse Association (WHTA) consists of 12 units. WHTA has monthly assessments for maintenance on common properties and exterior building maintenance.
Members of WHTA are also part of the Walnut Hill Umbrella Association (WHUA). WHUA is an association restricted to members of WHGV, WHTA and single-family property owners in the Eagle Ridge 27 subdivision to operate a swimming pool. WHUA has a monthly pool assessment.
