The Owners' Club Complex is available ONLY to Association members and their guests. You must present either a GTA proximity card or a GTA daily pass for each person in your party. (No proximity card or guest pass is required for children age five and under.) An adult 18 years of age or older must accompany any child 12 years of age or under, unless otherwise noted for swimming pool activities. In addition, all vehicles must have a GTA parking decal or daily parking pass. Fines are $100 for each vehicle NOT displaying the appropriate permit.

The Shenandoah Riding Center is open to the general public. Association Members receive discounted pricing.

Belden School is available to Association members and their guests.  Everyone should be prepared to present a GTA proximity card or GTA daily pass upon request. The general public is invited to special events.
