The pool at The Galena Territory Owners’ Club is more than 30 years old and close inspection of the facility’s deteriorating physical plant shows us that we are going to have to replace it in the next several years.  The GTA Board, Long Range Planning Committee, Pool and Facilities subcommittee and management have been working closely with an engineering and design firm. The first phase of this work has been to inspect and suggest vital short-term repairs on our current facility. Those repairs were completed in 2008. The next phase is to plan several possible options for a new pool / recreation complex for the Owners’ Club. We are including the entire complex because some parts of the complex need remodeling both for safety and also for such factors as accessibility, energy efficiency and necessary upgrades of outdated facilities.  This Web page will be updated as new information becomes available throughout the planning process.
