The following Open House and Directional Signs policy has been revised and adopted by the Galena Territory Association Board of Directors on November 12, 1994:

• Prohibited on public road right-of-way.
• Prohibited on Eagle Ridge Limited Partnership-owned roads except for the Eagle Ridge Limited Partnership Real Estate Sales Department and their successor real estate company and the Galena Territory Association until all roads are dedicated to either Guilford or East Galena Township, then #1 applies.
• Prohibited on Association greenspace.
• Prohibited on privately owned lots that are not part of the sale for which the sign is intended.
• Only one Open House sign may be placed on the property for sale and no other location. When an Open House sign is installed, any For Sale signs must be removed. As an alternative, an “Open” or “Open House” sign may be attached to the “For Sale” sign only for the period the house is actually open.
• Signs cannot exceed a maximum of 3 square feet and cannot be more than 5 feet in height from ground level.
• Open Houses are limited to the following times: Starting at noon on Fridays, through Sunday evening at dusk, including holidays.

If Realtors do not conform to the limitations, Security will be directed to remove the Open House signs. Article V, Section 10, of the General Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions states: “No model homes shall be permitted on any lot or lots.”
