In the current climate of privacy policy disclosures, we felt it appropriate to review our current privacy policy regarding personal information the Association retains on file for our membership:

• We do not release or sell our email address list.
• We do not release or sell our mailing list.  The only exception is that we will release it to Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa for their personal use and we have an agreement that they will not retain or release the list to anyone else.
• The ownership of property is public information available at the Jo Daviess County Courthouse.  As such, we will release the name and address of an owner if we are contacted (but not a list of owners).
• We do not release telephone numbers.  However, please be aware that telephone numbers can be obtained through any number of sources.
