As an additional service for property owners in the Galena Territory, the Architectural Review Committee under the advisement of the Legal and Bylaw Committee has set up a file for information on contractors work performance in the Territory. This file will be available to any owner looking for information to help select a contractor to build a home, put on an addition or any other improvement. This file will contain the following information:

• Copies of letters and notices sent to the contractor by the Architectural Review Committee.
• Copies of letters or notes with complaints by property owners.
• Copies of letters from property owners complimenting the contractor.
• Any other correspondence or information concerning the contractor.
• Contractor Evaluation Forms completed by homeowner.

If you have any comments about a contractor we hope you will send them to
the Association office to the attention of Architectural Review Committee, as this will help other property owners.
