The Galena Territory Association generally opposes the use of signage in the Galena Territory because of the potentiality of detracting from the natural beauty and aesthetics of the Territory. However, the Board recognizes the necessity for the use of signage in limited circumstances.

According to the Architectural Review Guidelines, by-owner for sale signs must be obtained from the Galena Territory Association office. No other signs will be permitted. These signs are provided at a nominal fee, a portion of which is returned when the sign is returned.

This process has helped the appearance of the Territory by creating a uniform system of signage. We appreciate your support.
