The Arbitration Clause
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Architectural Review Committee process or the application of the Architectural Guidelines and Review Procedures for the Galena Territory shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures set forth in the Architectural Guidelines and Review Procedures, and judgement upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
