Financial/Budget Info

The Galena Territory Association is led by a nine-member Board of Directors. Board members serve a three-year term and there are three seats up for election every year. The election is held at the Annual Meeting on the Fourth Saturday of February each year. The Board of Directors meetings monthly and each board member also serves on several committees. Nomination applications are accepted during a limited period each year. Those dates are determined by the Nominating Committee and will be listed when appropriate.
